A 100% silk fingering "rick-rack" bouclé - for a texture both soothing and enticing
Each packet of Habu Textiles 1/5 Kusaki Zome contains 140yd/1oz, 100% silk. We suggest finding a needle size that will allow the texture to play, probably a 3.5-4mm/US 4 to 6 as for stockinette fabric. This "micro-bouclé will also produce a lace that fascinates, probably with a size 5mm/US 8 or thereabouts, depending on your own gauge and taste. And then, try stranding it with Habu's 1/23 Silk Mohair Kusa or Kusaki Zome 2/10 for results that will surprise and delight.
